Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, excluding Pakistan national holidays.
On public holidays, the warehouse remains closed; however, we take measures to minimize shipment delays during these periods.
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged during transit, we strongly recommend:

If an item in your order becomes unavailable:
